The organizers were very disappointed by the end of the K8.
So serious and important a tournament deserved a better ending.
There is nothing to celebrate, it's your choice the final choice (Shoesama, inp with a very small or no winner due to the withdrawal of all).
For next year we will try to put the rules to avoid problems of this issue.
Congratulations to all participants who have behaved in a sport.
See you at K9, a goodbye to everyone.

Hey you guys should come play Space Bomber with me and BBH

I don't know if BBH would stand a chance against me in this type of game (Novice and essekappa have scores on it, so I'm assuming the scoring system is really unbalanced, like in puzzle bobble 2 or something)

Just fill ALL of the empty spaces of the playfield to get an extra bonus. Valid intersections also gives extra points too.

Needless to say, this is possibly even more annoying than the 10 million chains in Puzzle Bobble ... or maybe I'm just missing how to do it properly (perhaps "lame" hand-drawn schemes will do the trick?), but whatever, that is up to you both.

Now seriously.

You are now gratuitously insulting a whole nation of people because I've told in public some *theoretical* hints (-> help) about how to play this game?

That's honestly retarded beyond any doubt, even more than the password braggadocio crap and the pathetic win-win joke ...

There are ways and ways to say that you don't like this game ... but for sure there isn't the (in-?)direct insult inside joke spiced with attention whoreness. It's an all-around MARP tourney, what did you expect? All your beloved games selected? I can't believe that in 2010 there are people that really believes that they knows the absolute truth about videogames (or anything else, for that matter).

I don't like Space Bomber, for instance. Its chaining system makes me vomit abruptly. But that doesn't mean it's a bad game per-se, it's surely well made and potentially likeable. Same goes for Pipe Dream, Puzzle Bobble 2 and even World Rally.

Bottom line: If you want a *golden* hint, just don't talk *at all*, because every time you say any crap coming straight from your so-called "brain" an user leaves MARP at the same time.

PS: Welcome back to 2001.

Well a lot of the scoring systems are all or nothing lol (mainly pbobble2j and pipedrmj, but the scratch bonus in wrally is also a less extreme example of this)

Anyways for this game I'll submit an inp with lvl 7 start and max bonus on that level. I won't have anything else for this game. If anyone wants to see me play a different game choice afterwards, I might be willing to do that.
