Up to which Wolfmame versions are still 32-bit and will work on Windows-XP?

0.184 was the first released 64-bit binary. You can still build 32-bit versions from the source, if need be.

sorry to refloat this old post but would it be possible for you to compile for me in 32 bits version 226 of wolfmame or the latest version? It would be a big favour.

I don't have a setup for cross-compiling 32-bit Windows builds currently, maybe someone with a native Windows setup could do it.
