Speed ?

Post by sawys »

Okay, i'm too bad on this kind of game but i tried it yesterday and i found that with RDTSC (option that makes me have the good speed in theory) the game is really very fast (or maybe i am too old now ^^).

Is this game fast for you ?

To help me maybe that someone could count time to playback the inp i post now ?

For me it make 7 min 24 sec from the beginning till end of playback.

Thanks.

All is OK. I check with external clock time for 80 seconds in game clock.
alpha70: 54,58sek
wolf89 no RDTSC: 54,62
wolf89 RDTSC: 54,64

Music has normal speed and fighter speed is normal. You choose White Buffalo, his speed is high.

This game is not so fast IMO. Maybe due I am habituated with this game style. Yes, I love fighting games, however Power Instinct is very "poor".

Hmmm... do you know what I did to familiarize a bit with powerins??? I played around 40 minutes of Street Fighter 1!!! Yes... trust me... I did it! Ok, ok... powerins is bad... but not so bad like sf1!!! My results? Here:

sf1jp - 191500 - 7 Perfects (4 opponents beaten). Never played it before. Wow!
sf1us - 430900 - My 2nd play of SF1! 8 Perfects, 14 wins.
sf1 - 434600 - My 5th play of SF1! Vs Adon. No more!!!

Hmmm... I think my words don't will help nobody, but I reported it, hehehe. Maybe I am also too old, Sawys

TRB
I'll let Phil do the honors, but it does play back to the advertised score.

Too bad...
RIO DE JANEIRO (Reuters) - Jubilant Brazilians poured out into the streets today in celebration of the upset victory of the country's own Valter Treib over the heavily favored Polish "destructor". WCC mania has swept the country the past three weeks following steadily improving performances by Mr. Treib on Drift Out 94 and Evil Stone. Not since Brazil's 2002 World Cup victory has this kind of demonstration been seen of the streets of Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paolo, and Brasilia.
