Re: sfchampion - ffreveng: slow speed

PP was banned again, this time permanently, since he so seemed to really want it. Thanks for the update! And for taking a stand, of course. But what about his and TK2012's uploads. Will they be banned/deleted as well, now that we can no longer have any confidence in them being by a single player gi...

Re: sfchampion - ffreveng: slow speed

As long as I may post I have to answer in all personal attacks, lies and insults against me. No, you don't have to reply to every single post and that is part of your problem, your insatiable need to have to respond to every single thing and to feel like every single thing that is pointed out on Ma...

Re: sfchampion - ffreveng: slow speed

I've already said that they should be banned in another post on this thread, so that's another +1 from me as well.

Re: sfchampion - ffreveng: slow speed

Btw I just checked "25pacmano-pac" http://replay.marpirc.net/r/25pacmano-pac the second player changed the default 3 lifes to 5. But his score was confirmed. Further to Haze's response, 5+1 is actually the "TG Settings" used to allow for the maximum "perfect" score on ...

I've changed the comments on Brian's upload to reflect this and added a reference this forum posting.

Re: sfchampion - ffreveng: slow speed

Some of my scores(all 'miss', plus some other) have been created by TK2012, it is ok trasfer them to his account? Kale was right.......... Ok. That's a clear admission of breaking the rule of only one person per account, which is even more problematic than them using the same machine. It's therefor...

Re: Archive these games -topic

No, this game is fully playable since MAME 0.129 (0.130?), last WIP reported in mameinfo.dat is for MAME 0.151. The CHD is about 13.5 GB big. Thanks for the update. I've always wanted to know what we were meant to be dodging on the stage where we were all dying during Marp's T1 tournament. Maybe no...

Re: Archive these games -topic

The following game could probably do with archiving due to it being "unplayable" on the stage most people have died on without the laser disc imagery - unless of course it is now fully playable with a CHD for the laser disc imagery? http://replay.marpirc.net/r/usvsthem Again, this will imp...

Re: Archive these games -topic

The following 2 games could probably do with archiving due to a large number of people with the same maxed out 1st place score: http://replay.marpirc.net/r/ldrun http://replay.marpirc.net/r/ldruna Yes, I am aware this will also impact me as one of the people who have maxed out the score on one of th...

Re: Archive these games -topic

One of the things I like most about Marp is that people do share the inps so you can see what they did to get scores, and in some cases potentially emulate it to improve your own gameplay. That's one of the things I most dislike about TG, their insistence that someone should be able to "protect...

Re: Archive these games -topic

Here's another game which looks like it could do with archiving:

http://replay.marpirc.net/r/wcbowl14

There are currently only three scores submitted, but all three are perfect 300 maximum scores so it definitely looks like a candidate for archiving.

Re: sfchampion - ffreveng: slow speed

He's decided to take all his anger out on me too, changing his upload descriptions to call me a haxor. I guess blindly accusing people of cheating is easier than having to actually get good at games, I suppose... I had noticed that rather childish action when looking at the upload history today. No...
