With an appropriate keyboard that has no ghosting/collisions with any of the possible "legal" combinations of the 8 keys you're using, it is definitely easier to play Robotron without using mapped diagonals than it is trying to add in even more buttons for mapped diagonals. By "legal&...

Good...... I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks this game was too easy....... you'd certainly have needed a 1 hour time limit or similar. :)

I also remember using Sage, Rage, Callus, System16 and the Pac-Land emu from JROK and a lot of single-game emus I forgot their names... except for RISHGAR of course, which was the first arcade game emulator I have seen. When I said Rage...... I really meant Sage... I really liked the gucci UI on Sp...

Is Tommis movie available for download anywhere?!

I've often heard him mention his 6-finger-technique and would be interested in seeing it in action sometime......

Cheers,

1. I first got onto Mame about version 0.11 I think it was. I also used RAGE for a while until Mame emulated one of my favourite games, Exed Exes. 2. MARP - hm..... I'm not sure how I first found it, but in the early days I helped Zwaxy keep the scores confirmed until he got sick of my confirmation ...

BeeJay, PM me your PayPal address if you want your prize money. I had fun this week. BeeJay, I'm surprised you didn't nip me there at the end; 7 men on stage 20 is too many to lose! This game can be very frustrating when you loose bunches of men at once. Keep in mind their is a further bounty of $7...

but two pinwheel-thingies on Phase 6 (I guess "Phase" is what the "P" stands for) is pretty tough. Man that was impressive - and nice to have a 4000 point starting pin-wheel bonus by way of a 400 point white formation leader on both of them as well. I still think this game looks...

..... at least I now have a couple of decent recordings on a newer Mame version to download and watch.... I find it very hard to get those pin-wheel things with enough shots before they go and disappear on me...... Presumably there is some secret to getting them to stay around for longer as they som...

Trust Des to go and beat my score when I'm stuck at work and unable to even attempt to answer it - not that there's much chance of me beating it anyway as it happens........ {;-þ)
