The elections should be sacred and only voted on by the wise old elders, Age has nothing to do with wisdom. Referring to time spent at at marp, not age of elector. Not open to those who may water it down or turn the tide with a careless vote. Somebody who's been at MARP for 5 years could be a retar...

Ill play the other side of the coin. I didn't vote even though I was eligible either. I don't feel Ive earned that yet. I still feel new here. I personally think ( to the dismay of some) that the rules should be strict. Not just any joe should be able to cast a vote. I know the people running feel t...
Lupin III
I ran across Lupin III the other day while idly surfing through the mountain of games Ive yet to play. Does anyone else out there watch the "adult swim" programming on cartoon network? Lots of anime on. There's one show late at night called Lupin the 3rd. Basically its anime although it do...

Captain Tomaday Scoring
Just a quick scoring question on ctomaday. In this game's scoring, a decimal is used out to the tenths spot. Was wandering whether the scoring was either to ignore the decimal, (ie. 1219.10 = 121,910) OR are these scores with the decimal dropped, (Ie. 1219.10 = 1219)?
Thanks
Thanks

zlk maybe be right after all. Ive just uploaded a new recording for quantump. In round 3 I was advanced at once to round 4 with no apparent error during my leeching. I amassed quite a few points in this round and may have hit some kind of scoring ceiling where the game simply advances you to the nex...

I agree that shouldn't be allowed. However, to force starting at level 7 isn't a good solution to this. I'll have to recheck to see what score bonus you get for starting at a higher level if any, but I remember in playing it some myself you can get some pretty good points with big combo circling of...

Would that really change your mind? Im not to enthusiastic about making a recording like that but I believe I could do it with a little fortitude. It would be horribly boring and time consuming. The very reason why I haven't tried it yet. Its not that its impossible but that I get just plain sick of...

I agree Others have said that after a certain point the game becomes too difficult to use this technique. That its not infinite. But on the first few levels it can be infinite. All a player, whose perfected this method, would have to do is leech a million points off of level one and lose every man o...

Hmm... I tend to agree that you can't leech this way past level 5 or 6 or so however, if you have a quick, steady hand theres no need to ever get that far and still amass rediculous points. I use an optical mouse. From what Ive learned as you begin to leech you have to let the mouse drift down a lit...

Coin inputs are controlled by the sound CPU, which isn't emulated when you disable sound. Use Free Play instead. (I'm assuming it's the same as for Gauntlet and other Atari games) That got me one step closer. I actually got 720, and APB to start without sound, but the game was unplayable and uncont...
