It plays back fine with Rotaxmame from their site(which seems to use a modified version of mame97).

On Arcade-Extreme, he said something something like he couldn't find 55,000 points of the japanese record. "io ho smesso oggi di fare le mie ricerche, come al solito lo score jappo è inspiegabile... praticamente non so dove titrano fuori 55.000 punti extra" BBH just pointed out those 10,00...

It's really weird how it's exactly 10,000 points above the highest I've seen (the variation in the tens digit I'm assuming is just from the dragon fireballs)
