If I remeber correct this game became os sensitive around V.60 and I'm using XP.

The strange part is that I can playback Innuendo's mk2r42 recording so it might have been fixed.(Even if it dident play back to the above maximum score posted)

Max score is 440 on this romset when you fight Jade once. If you don't fight her it's 280. But just becouse the score is 440, or less does not mean it is legit.

Innuendo's recording should be zeroed to.

To fight Noob Saibot in mk2 you need 50, 2 player wins in a row
in mk2r42 you need 6, 2 player wins in a row

Just ban it.
You should only be allowed to fight Jade once.

Frankie: There is some issues regard win98 and win xp on mk2 in the later mame versions. The recording is made with win xp.

On bbh's recording I get 226k to when I use sound.

What do you get on the other 2

I think I found out whats wrong. Hiscore.dat

I made a new install of mame and got the scores that frankie reported.
And putting the hiscore.dat file in there did the trick.

I'll send my hiscore.dat file over to chad

And for the roms, turn's out I acctualy had updated them

BTW the rom changed in v.57 and I use the older rom.

All boxes checked and samplerate is set to 44100.

Played around a bit with jfa's recording and it played back at all settings I tried as long as the sound was on. Without sound it doesnt even start at the correct level and ends at 19K....

I played them all back to the advertised scores using win32 v.58
