How do you get Ken first in SF2CE? He's the biggest pain later on it seems, would be nice to get him first.

Also, is anyone else having issues with the Garegga DIPs? Rules say extra life 1000k, my only bonus life choices are none and 2000k. Also I have no choice of region (should be Japan). I'm using .162.

There used to be a really great one called The Genius of Garegga but those links seem to be broken now.

Since we're under time pressure here and don't want to hold the tournament up, I am fine with TP84, Shock Troopers, and SF2CE.

However I think excluding Twin Cobra is a needless strategic mistake.

Another team has selected Turbo Outrun. If we want to pick the games our players are best at, SF2 or Twin Cobra has to be our alternate choice. We could easily have three or more people in the top 5 of those games.

About the formats, in short, we should vote for "how good", not "your favourite list" imo. It's a competition, and if you read other teams places, they are focusing on it. Our goals shoul be "have games that we have at least 5 strong players". Better yet if it's a game...
