So I'm guessing you guys are worried about someone taking 50 minutes to beat stg 4 and ranking high as a result?

I won't be participating any more, due to severe computer problems.

3. The exception to rule 2a will be the final game, where you will have a 4 minute time limit to go as far as you can within that time limit. Whoever gets the farthest in the final game wins the time trials.

For 140, I'm fine with running games with like frameskip 5 to get full speed (-afs)

Pipe Dream is not a game that anyone can just pick up and play. (or at least Course C, don't know about the other courses)

You need hours of preparation to get anything worth submitting.

You'll get stuck with <200k if you try to bruteforce your way through it.
